Leading a team of about twenty people and coordinating more than a hundred staff during the largest event, while collaborating with various partners throughout the year.

Directed IT operations for three major student events with a total of more than a thousand participants. Developed S4S‑Connect, oversaw participant selection, maintained live dashboards, and ensured the official website was up to date.

Building and maintaining a virtual network on a distributed system infrastructure used for both HC2 and Prologin, annual Informatics Olympiad events each hosting 300+ participants at EPFL.

Contributed to Trust, a comprehensive rewrite of truffe2.agepoly.ch, a platform that allows campus associations to borrow equipment, manage room bookings, and handle team accreditations.

Representing students in discussions with section heads and coordinators, collecting feedback, and contributing proposals to improve teaching quality and semester organization.

Representing IC students in the School Council, ensuring that their perspectives are communicated effectively during faculty discussions.
